Cotton jersey: 180–200 GSM
Heavy jersey: 220–280 GSM
Loopback French terry: 300–360 GSM
Brushed fleece: 450–520 GSM
Rib fabrics: 280–360 GSM
Fabric composition and GSM are confirmed before sampling.
2. Fit & Pattern Standards
All garments are produced based on approved patterns and size charts.
Regular / Oversize / Custom fits

3. Printing & Branding Methods
Branding techniques are selected based on fabric type, usage and design requirements.

4. Construction & Sewing
Sewing is performed by experienced operators following defined construction standards.

5. Shrinkage & Tolerances
Fabric shrinkage is taken into account during pattern development.
