1. Fabrics & Weights


We work with a range of fabrics selected based on durability, comfort and end-use performance.

  • Cotton jersey: 180–200 GSM

  • Heavy jersey: 220–280 GSM

  • Loopback French terry: 300–360 GSM

  • Brushed fleece: 450–520 GSM

  • Rib fabrics: 280–360 GSM

Fabric composition and GSM are confirmed before sampling.


2. Fit & Pattern Standards


All garments are produced based on approved patterns and size charts.

  • Regular / Oversize / Custom fits

  • Size grading after fit approval

  • Pattern adjustments applied before bulk production

No production starts without pattern approval.


3. Printing & Branding Methods


Branding techniques are selected based on fabric type, usage and design requirements.

  • DTF printing

  • Screen printing

  • Embroidery

  • Neck prints & woven labels

Print placement and dimensions are confirmed during sampling.


4. Construction & Sewing


Sewing is performed by experienced operators following defined construction standards.

  • Reinforced seams where required

  • Consistent stitch density

  • Clean finishing on hems and collars

Construction details are consistent across the entire production run.


5. Shrinkage & Tolerances


Fabric shrinkage is taken into account during pattern development.

  • Pre-production shrinkage testing

  • Allowances applied to patterns

  • Typical tolerance: ±1–1.5 cm

Final measurements are checked after washing where applicable.

 

6. Quality Control Standards


Quality control is applied at multiple stages of production.

  • In-line sewing checks

  • Print quality inspection

  • Final measurement control

Defective items are separated and corrected before packing.
